Steve Sanders is a registered builder with over 15 years of industry experience, running a family business built on reliability, quality, and a genuine love for the region he grew up in.
From the quote to the build site, Steve does it all.
Growing up on an apple farm in Three Bridges, Steve always knew he wanted to work with his hands. A passion for design and architecture in high school led him toward building and after 15 years in the industry, he registered his own company, Sanders Building and Construction.
Running a family business with his wife Kelly handling administration, Steve manages every project personally. He quotes the job, answers the emails, and works on site, which means one point of contact and zero confusion for the client.
As a Master Builders member and CDB-U registered builder in Victoria, Steve brings the same enthusiasm and attention to detail to a bathroom renovation as he does to a high-performance new build.

Steve grew up in Three Bridges on a working apple farm and has spent his whole life in the Yarra Valley. Outside of work, he is kept busy with his wife Kelly, two young kids, and a border collie on the hobby farm.
When he does get a spare minute, you will find him playing cricket, footy, or working on something around the property. The same hands-on approach he brings to the farm is what he brings to every build.
